Zhiyun Crane 2 follow Focus servo not working! I just got my zhiyun crane 2 bundles with the follow focus servo delivered to me yesterday. After hours of trying to get the follow focus working and countless youtube videos i cannot get it to work.

Hey Guys, it’s Scotty here. This month we’ve had the new Zhiyun Crane 2 remote as we’re developing a number of new products to make better use of the remote. I’ve received a lot of questions regarding the Crane 2’s new follow focus remote so after spending an intensive month with it I thought I’d share my findings in a review. It’s not a detailed review of every single feature. The Zhiyun Crane 2 three-axis camera stabilizer, while realizing film-grade performance breakthroughs in both motion sensitivity and precision control with newly optimized algorithm system and motor construction, has integrated a tactile and sturdy follow focus controller on its body previously unheard of in the industry.
With the newest firmware, CRANE 2 is nowcompatible to Nikon Z6 & Z7. You can control various camera parameters andtake photo & video right through the control panel.
How to update the firmware
1. Download calibration upgrade tooland firmware

Enter www.zhiyun-tech.com,Enter CRANE 2 product page and click [download]. Download ZHIYUN USB Driver,Callibration Upgrade Tool and Firmware.
2. Download driver
Zhiyun Crane 2 Follow Focus Firmware Upgrade
Unzip ZHIYUN USB Driver file and download[ZYCDC_Setup.exe].
3. Open calibration upgrade tool
Zhiyun Follow Focus Firmware Flash File
Unzip calibration upgrade tool file and open [Zhiyun GimbalTools v1.3.4. exe].
4. Update firmware
Zhiyun Follow Focus Firmware Downgrade
Unzip firmware file and connect CRANE 2 to the PC. Open thecalibration upgrade tool and click [Open] > [Firmware Upgrade] >[Browse]. Choose [firmware.ptz].
5. Click [Upgrade] and wait forthe update.
